What are the dates & times for Summer Beer Fest?

What is a Spring Beer Fest and how does it work?
The Spring Beer Fest is a fantastic beer tasting festival in which you receive a sampling cup and 15 3oz serving tickets (VIP's receive 20) included in your admission price (assuming you're 21 or older). Beers will cost either 1 or 2 tickets depending on the beer you're drinking. Additional tickets can be purchased.

Why isn't this event unlimited tasting?
For many reasons but primarily because Michigan MLCC laws do not allow for "all-you-can-drink" events.

Do I need an ID?
Yes. Valid identification is required for admission to the event.

Do you have a Designated Driver Ticket program?
Yes, the DD program is available for attendees 21 and older. One free bottle of water is included in the price of this ticket.

How many drinks are included with the Designated Driver ticket?
(really, it is asked at least once every festival!) NO DRINKS are included with the Designated Driver ticket. Water is included in the price of the Designated Driver ticket.

How can I be a vendor?
Vendor applications are available by mail, email, fax or download from the website. Click on the Vendors tab and look for the link to the Vendors applications. If you have trouble, email your request to or call Matt 248-202-4662.

Can my band play at Spring Beer Fest?
Maybe! Performer packets and submissions are accepted by September 1st for the Summer Beer Fest. Please fill out the form on the Wanna Perform tab to the left. Submit electronic materials to

Can I bring my own food and drink?
No. Outside food and beverage will not be allowed into the event. After all, we are going to provide plenty of opportunities to try great food and drink while you're here!

Is Food included in my ticket price?
No! Food is purchased separately from our variety of vendors. Food prices typically range from about $4-$9 depending on the item purchased. However if you purchase a VIP Ticket there will be some hors d'oeuvres and snacks in the VIP area.

Do you accept credit card payments at the gate for admission to the festival?
Yes. We accept Mastercard and Visa.

Can I bring my children?
Definitely NOT. This is a 21 and over event.

Can I bring my pet?
No, we do not allow pets except for assistance animals.

Can I leave my car overnight?
Yes, if you need to leave your car overnight it is okay. Better safe than sorry!

Will there be Taxicabs available after the event?
We have alerted the local cab companies that our event is taking place and they will be on hand as available. If a cab is not immediately available we will assist you in securing a cab. We have provided a list for your convenience in the transportation tab.

Can I reserve seats for any of the shows?
No, all of our entertainment is included with your entry fee and therefore reserved seats are not available. Seats for the shows are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Can I bring my own chairs, blankets, etc?
No, we will have plenty of seats.

How do I get a press pass?
Working media will be admitted by presenting proper credentials at the Box Office. Please sign up o the left under the media tab. Media admission will not include beer tickets.

Can I volunteer at the Spring Beer Fest?
ABSOLUTELY! Interested volunteers can submit a simple application to work at the Summer Beer Fest. Please look to the left and click on the volunteer tab to sign up.

Are discounted group tickets available?
Yes, discounted group tickets are available for groups of 20 or more and must be purchased at one time to qualify for Group Rate. Groups receive a 10% discount off the Advance Ticket Price. Please contact
